 kaner, can you clarify what the current situation is with dkim? Is there a
 dkimproxy running on gettor.tp.o that bridges at tp.o uses?

 If aagbsn is up for it, I think having him set everything up, and document
 it all as an outsider to the process, will force us to actually write
 everything up.
