Comment:

 This has been implemented here: https://gitweb.torproject.org/ooni-
 probe.git/blob/HEAD:/oonib/README.md, though this guide (I think he used
 this guide) Dominic was able to setup a oonib collector backend, so I am
 going to consider this closed.
