Comment:

 I believe the issue is that arm is displaying your bandwidth use in bits
 per second.

 I guess you could get all the bits/s and bytes/s people to duel it out and
 see who emerges, but I don't think that would do what you want.

 That said, clearly the bits/s people should give in and reflect the units
 that the torrc uses. :) Or at least stop saying "b" and assuming people
 know which it means.
