 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Load http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0050SXQ12/
 2. Click the product photo to open the "Click for larger image" popup
 3. The larger image never finishes loading
 4. In HTTPS Everywhere preferences, disable "Amazon Web Services"
 5. Reload the image page and it works

 I am using HTTPS Everywhere 3.1 and Firefox 20.
