 As per advice on #tor-dev, I'm filing this to get txtorcon added to the
 volunteer page (and the projects page, if that's appropriate).

 If it's easier, I can do a patch to the Web stuff (it's still in
 subversion, right?) just comment here to that effect and I'll attach a
 patch.
