Comment:

 user atagar has sudo to user stem on staticiforme.  Use that to build the
 website.

 Put the result into /home/stem/www (or tell me if it's some other place),
 and run sudo -u mirroradm static-master-update-component
 stem.torproject.org to update the mirrors.

 I don't think neena has an ldap account, let me know if that's wrong.
