Comment:

 This looks like a mixed content issue.  You can load the insecure content
 in the page by clicking the shield icon in the address bar, but we will
 disable the Verizon Wireless ruleset in Chrome by default in future
 releases.

 We need a new FAQ entry / tutorial to teach people about this mode of
 breakage, I think.  We could start with the text in
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/6975 this bug].
