 The website is full of advice about why Adobe flash plugin shouldnt be
 used with TorBrowser etc.  Yet i see a bunch of tickets and development
 chatter about a "flash proxy".  Nowhere on the site is it defined what a
 flash proxy is (e.g. in specs and proposals repository) or why flash might
 be kosher now.  Would be nice to have a single entry that explains the
 discrepancy, so that user searches converge on one answer instead of
 fruitlessly clicking through dozens of confusing results. There is a
 definition at
 https://crypto.stanford.edu/flashproxy/
 which could be cited.
