 I noticed that this tor process was consuming 100% of cpu. Typically it is
 around 25%. Tor was unresponsive to SIGHUP and SIGTERM. I killed it before
 thinking to see if it was still accepting connections, but looks like the
 last descriptor was published on 2012-11-28
