 Well, this was supposed to give an appropriate answer when deciding
 between sponsoring relays in various countries(Ex - a relay in America Vs
 a relay in India). Legislatively it would be better to have it in India,
 but financially not. So, depending on how we give the weights, the answer
 would change.
