 Setting the ORPort to 443 doesn't impact if the relay will work or not.
 However, it does help if the relay is used in the guard position to make
 the network reachable by people through restrictive firewalls.

 The trick with making 443/80 default ports is that they're in the
 privileged range, requiring root privileges when starting tor. For arm I
 made this the default configuration, but I'm not sure if it's worth the
 extra pita for users...
