 1. By LOG_PT, I actually wanted to say LD_PT (as in Log Domain).
  1. A human readable managed proxy unique identifier could be the managed
 proxy filename (probably just the name of the binary, not the whole path),
 with some mangling if there are two identically named managed proxies in
 different paths.
