 gettor is on a tpo machine. There are three problems with the current
 server;
 1. it mirrors all of torproject.org/dist. This is a problem when we have
 2+ versions of TBB on the system. I manually purge all of the old versions
 to not waste disk space.
 2. we log everything and keep it forever.
 3. we seem to have three versions of gettor on the machine, each with past
 logs, etc.

 24GB of disk space should be plenty for a mailing bot. I suggest we purge
 logs after some time period, like 14 days, or at least rotate and compress
 them daily, and then purge after 14 days.

 As for torproject.org/dist being full, i'll purge it now and free up 12GB
 of space or so.

 As for transfer time, the two machines (vescum and dnsel2) are on the same
 physical host, all transfers happen over virtual interfaces.
