 #3974 is blocking us from supporting this on Windows (and possibly mac
 os). Right now, you have to twiddle some secret about:config plid settings
 to enable TBB firefox to find Flash. However, if flash cookies are still
 enabled, you will be immediately linked between Tor+Non-Tor.
