 In rend-spec.txt §2.4:
 {{{
      HidServAuth service-name service-address descriptor-cookie
 }}}

 HidServAuth lines don't have a ‘descriptor cookie’.  They do have a
 description field at the end that no code uses.  Document this, and if
 possible the history of the HidServAuth option.
