 I've pushed Sebastian's feature2553-v4 branch and some new fixup commits
 to my feature2553-v4 branch.  The main new change is that I corrected the
 name of the configure option (it should be `--enable-tor2web-mode`, not
 `--enable-tor2webmode`).
