 It compiles properly and appears to properly work. I will do some more
 thorough testing the next days.

 I attach a patch for configure.in that adds the argument --enable-
 tor2webmode to enable at compile time tor2web.

 Is it best if I push it to a branch or can you merge it from my diff?
