 Ow; sorry for the delay!

 If you're still around, and this is still happening, I *think* it probably
 has something to do with your network configuration.  Your best bet is
 probably to install a caching name server locally, and use that for your
 nameserver instead of your ISPs' nameservers -- they seem to be really
 flaky.

 Based on available information, this doesn't currently look like a bug in
 Tor.
