Comment:

 My understanding is that this might actually break some controllers.  We
 should do two other things as part of any fix here:

  * Document that the current getinfo ns/* formats are kind of fixated on
 an older version of the networkstatus format.
  * Add a new GETINFO member that provide an up-to-date networkstatus data.
