 I found these versions that I think match your description above.  Is it
 correct that we consider the following versions as upgraded?

  - Tor 0.2.1.31
  - Tor 0.2.2.34
  - Tor 0.2.2.34-dev
  - Tor 0.2.3.6-alpha
  - Tor 0.2.3.6-alpha-dev
  - Tor 0.2.3.7-alpha

 Relays running these versions contribute the following fractions of
 bandwidth to the network as reported in extra-info descriptors:

  - Oct 31, 56.20%
  - Oct 30: 45.13%
  - Oct 29: 32.60%
  - Oct 28: 25.09%
  - Oct 27: 0.18%
  - Oct 26: 0.04%
  - Oct 25: 0.01%

 Please let me know when you need updated or more detailed numbers.  I can
 easily re-run or modify the SQL query and post new numbers here.
