 a relay operator has been trying to register the following node
 fingerprint, B3BE3F94F704E87F8F64965D70EF35FD08E7B6F6, but weather says it
 doesn't exist.

 the tor on the weather.tpo servers finds
 B3BE3F94F704E87F8F64965D70EF35FD08E7B6F6 in its cached-desc and cached-
 consensus files without issue.
