Comment(by arma):

 Not a very effective fix -- they could use a Tor bridge, or an open proxy
 and direct it back into Tor, as their destination. It seems hard to fix
 this one. Does that make your fix worth doing as a tiny step, or not worth
 doing because it increases code complexity for not enough gain?
