 Ok, something is wrong here. Either there is a bug in the 1.3.2-pre4-alpha
 xpi attached here initially, or there is another addon you have installed
 that is messing with your results. See my attached log where your two
 blank cases do not happen with the attached 1.3.2-pre6-alpha. AFAICT, the
 1.3.2-pre4-alpha has the exact same code for this codepath, so I suspect
 an addon conflict on your end.

 Try starting with a fresh firefox profile? ALso, all of my schemes were
 https to/from https, but that should not matter.
