 I've been working on this.  We have screencasts from freedom house and
 12pmtutorials on youtube already.  Those are far better done than we're
 going to do ourselves at this point.

 we do need a good video of someone presenting a tor talk, walking through
 general anonymity, etc.  There are number of videos from various
 conferences, but they are getting old and none are a general tor talk.

 jeremy is working on updating the slides to look better and be easier to
 understand.

 the animation part is tricky, as we haven't found anyone to do the work,
 or even walk through the concepts required to create the final animation.
