 In order to implement #3462, Vidalia will need to be able to use the
 `__OwningControllerProcess` option and the `TAKEOWNERSHIP` control-port
 command.

 When Vidalia is configured (using a line in its configuration file) to
 ‘own’ a Tor process, it should not display the control-port authentication
 options in its ‘Settings’ window.
