 So the idea would be to have a nice label that tells the user about Tor
 Weather in the Sharing tab? Or an interface to sign up with a custom email
 to the service through Vidalia?

 Does Tor Weather autosubscribe a relay operator based on the contact info?
 If so, may be we could add a way that the operator can opt between setting
 the right email in the contact info, or setting a dummy one there and
 subscribe with another one to Tor Weather.

 I'm not entirely sure about the tradeoffs of each possibility.
