 Right. Each TBB does this already (or should).

 But do we really mean to have the ability to switch languages be a secret
 feature that you can't learn about from looking at the page?

 I can imagine cases where that's a good idea (why clutter the page) but
 also cases where it's a bad idea (I'm using my friend's Korean TBB, and if
 I could just get Tor to show pages in English I'd be on my way).
