 I am wondering if we should make the default url for check.torproject.org
 give the yellow-themed page suggesting a recent Tor Browser Bundle. After
 we implement #3337, anyone hitting just the front page of check will
 probably be using an unrecommended browser configuration.

 It would be better if we could send them to ip-check.info or something,
 though.
