Comment:

 You have three options:

 1. Use the TBB 2.2.x (alpha) bundles and visit
 http://www.youtube.com/html5 to opt-in to html5 videos. This may not work
 for all videos.

 2. Go to about:config and set extensions.enabledScopes to 15, and then
 follow the instructions on
 https://www.torproject.org/torbutton/faq.html.en#noflash

 3. Wait for #3547 to be implemented to allow you to enable flash via those
 instructions.
