 I've installed bundle with Vidalia. When using Vidalia everything is fine,
 but launching tor.exe instead of Vidalia leads to a failure. Tor check
 website says I don't run Tor at the time. Tor.exe prints in console that
 "Tor has successfully opened a circut. Looks like client functionality is
 working" and "bootstrap 100%: Done.". However, former line prints:
 "Configuration file "C:\Users\compname\AppData\Roaming\tor\torrc" not
 present, using reasonable defaults.

 Tor version: 0.2.1.28
 OS: Win7
 Browser: Firefox
