Comment:

 Added you to the torwww group.  That gives you access to vescum (in its
 role as www-master).

 Put stuff into /srv/www-master.torproject.org/htdocs, then run
 ~mirroradm/bin/trigger-mirrors to push it to the places that are
 http://www.torproject.org/.
