 If someone (erinn or phobos) moves the .deb files to somewhere under
 `/dist/` (where GetTor syncs packages from), I'll add them.

 While we're at it, the split files under `/dist/` should use a common
 naming scheme if possible. Currently, in `/dist/torbrowser/`, split files
 live in their own `_split` subdirectory and are named
 `something.partXX.rar`. In `/dist/vidalia-bundles/`, split files are mixed
 with non-split files and are named `something.XXX.dmgpart`. I'd like this
 to change to something thats used for both (and all other) uses of split
 files. If I could choose, I'd want everything to follow the naming scheme
 used for `/dist/torbrowser/`.
