 tor2web complains of abysmal performance on (some) hidden services.
 Helping them improve their performance and stability could be a good way
 to better understand what's going wrong with hidden services. Plus it will
 help them popularize the overall concept.

 I'm going to use this as the catch-all trac ticket for the topic.
