 This is a Tor that had a full /var/lib/tor as populated from a faster
 network. I wanted to do a basic connectivity test before attempting to
 bootstrap (at $7USD per MB). The first attached debug log includes two
 attempts to resolve 'torproject.org' with tor-resolve. The first attempt
 timed out, the second was successful.
