 updating to this last version, it changed the TOR config, so that I was
 yet unableto access Internet with my Browser.
 It changed the PROXY port and the TOR control port.
 Impossible to change my '~/.vidalia/torrc' config file, or best said,
 unuseful, Vidalia don't recognize/load it anymore.
 So I've only been able to get my environment functional back, downgrading
 to prior version 0.2.9

 also, the Vidalia control panel HIDE button, shows randomly times to times
