 A user reported the following;

 I found a bug in Mac OS X Intel Vidalia Control Panel: Even though I have
 unchecked 'Show this window on startup' checkbox and clicked the Hide
 button to hide the Control Panel window, the Control Panel window keeps
 showing up every time Vidalia starts. I think this is a bug. Can this bug
 be fixed?
