 Yum reports the installed version of OpenSSL as 1.0.0-20.el6.  Hopefully
 this is what you are looking for:
 http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/enterprise/6Server/en/os/SRPMS/openssl-1.0.0-20.el6.src.rpm
