 Our most downloaded packages are Windows and then Mac. Neither of these
 OSes has easy ways to install and use PGP keys. There are ways that seem
 easy to advanced computer users, but when working with a typical Windows
 or Mac person, they fail to understand it.

 I think the 'what's this?' link is the best we're going to get at this
 point.
