 The link to launch a us-west-2 instance
 (https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/home?region=us-west-1#launchAmi=ami-
 94f17ca4) is slightly bugged - needs to be us-west-2, not us-west-1, as it
 stands now it just errors out that the AMI ID doesn't exist in the
 selected region.
