 I gave tbb 0.2.2.34-2 osx for someone tonight. On each start up,
 check.torproject.org never informs the user that 0.2.2.34-3 exists.
 RecommendVersions is updated,
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbrowser.git/blob/HEAD:/build-scripts
 /recommended-versions, as is check.torproject.org. I'm not sure if this is
 torcheck or a tor browser problem. I'm filing under tor browser because
 bunnies like carrots, for lack of any other reason.
