Comment:

 I just ran that search and got a reply.  The page also said:

 `Found more than 30 relays (displaying only those in the last consensuses)
 in 160.395 seconds.`

 It's unclear what causes these delays.  #2922 contains some ideas.
 Closing this ticket as a duplicate.
