 TorStatus] shows the wrong timestamp in the Last Descriptor Published
 (GMT) line.  gabelmoo did publish a descriptor at that time, but it also
 published about 20 descriptors after that.

 I'm not sure whether this is a problem with the installation or with the
 code.
