 The Debian package for torouter-ui is broken. When installing the package,
 the process will hang right after printing the following two lines:

 {{{
 Setting up torouter-tui (0.0.1-1) ...
 http://0.0.0.0:8080/
 }}}

 Jake suspects that the init.d script starts torouter-tui and it doesn't
 fork() or daemonize.

 I'm not entirely sure where to start, but one way to debug would be to
 check the init.d script and see if running it by hand produces the same
 results.
