 Viewing a page which loads an image the source address of which is
 rewritten by a HTTPS Everywhere rule results in an error being logged to
 the Error Console.

 Steps to reproduce:

 1. View the attached file in Firefox 6
 2. Tools -> Web Developer -> Error Console should now contain an error:
 Error: [Exception... "'Image HTTP->HTTPS redirection to
 https://www.eff.org/files/https.png' when calling method:
 [nsIContentPolicy::shouldLoad]"  nsresult: "0x8057001e
 (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)"  location: "<unknown>"  data: no]
