 Vidalia's 'Message Log' on the 'Status' tab (formerly labeled as the
 'Basic' message log) is sorted by time of day (not time), and when an
 event occurs that Vidalia would display in that log and the log is full,
 Vidalia discards the message that occurred earliest in the day, not the
 message that occurred first.
