 Currently, certain pages and dynamically generated graphs are cached when
 a user requests them, and this cache is held for a specified length of
 time. This means that when the cache expires, the next client that
 requests the corresponding page or image must wait longer than normal.
 It'd be nice to find a way that these cached views could be automatically
 updated without a client requesting the corresponding page or image.
