 From http://bugs.debian.org/634983: "apparrently in new versions of
 torbutton the popup menu is part of the navbar. This doesn't work well
 with vimperator, where the navbar is usually disabled, so the menu doesn't
 appear at all. Please move it back to the statusbar."

 A patch is available at http://patch-
 tracker.debian.org/patch/series/view/torbutton/1.4.0-2/restore-status-
 panel-on-ff4.patch which restore the icon in the add-on/status panel on
 top of having it in the navbar.
