 SVG is technically supported in many browsers, but usually not well enough
 to handle anything beyond geometric shapes and mathematical formulas.

 I propose we use something like this instead:
 http://jmtodaro.com/tor/test/images/tor-logo.jpg 150x101 px, 4034 bytes

 I tweaked the color of the svg logo (which is properly kerned, btw) to
 more closely match the rest of the site's elements, and I went a hair
 bigger than the "low-resolution" version. Anything bigger than that looks
 off without altering the size of the header, in my opinion. Here's a
 preview of how it would look on the home page:
