 The bandwidth history line drops to 0 at the end. This behavior is
 presumably because we don't have (as much) data in the last day or two,
 not because the network keeps falling to pieces. We should fix the graph
 so we don't graph the parts where we don't have enough data points to know
 what the value will be.
