 The attached patch adds support for
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/search/opensearch?q=wiki%3ADuckDuckGo
 DuckDuckGo].com into
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/search/opensearch?q=wiki%3ATorButton
 Torbutton] and sets DDG to the default redirect url when Google requests
 CAPTCHA.
